Tunnel Support Services
ABECK is a Women Owned Business Enterprise that assists tunnel contractors by providing and installing ground support during tunnel excavation. ABECK can furnish and install precast concrete segments, rock dowels, channel straps, steel ribs, lagging and shotcrete.
Shaft Excavation & Support
ABECK provides shaft excavation and support in soft ground as well as rock. Methods employed include mechanical excavation, drill and shoot, and drilled shaft. Support methodologies include, ribs and boards, ribs and liner plate, secant piles, tangent piles, slurry walls and slide rail support.
Wet Infrastructure Rehabilitation
Wet infrastructure rehabilitation has advanced significantly over the past 30 years. New sprayed liners, advances in grouts, epoxies, and thin-walled fiber reinforced pipe materials have allowed Owners to add sustainability and durability to existing infrastructure. ABECK has embraced these new technologies.
